Shipping & Returns
Processing Time:
All orders take 3–7 business days to create before shipping. Each necklace is handcrafted using layered cardstock acrylic, resin glitter, and a high-quality finish.
Shipping Time:
U.S. shipping typically takes 3–6 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order:
You can track your package using the link sent to your email or through our Track Order page.
Custom Order Policy:
Because every necklace is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please double-check spelling before checkout.
Order Changes:
If you need to make a change, email us immediately after placing your order. Once production begins, we may not be able to edit or cancel the order, but we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your necklace arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will replace it at no cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, please check with neighbors, your mailroom, or your local post office. Urban Charms is not responsible for packages marked delivered, but we will help guide you through the process.
